Learn how to work safely around lead based paint and receive an EPA Lead Renovator Certification. This course is for all homeowners, contractors and professionals working on pre-1978 residential properties or child-occupied facilities.

This combo course shortens the amount of time you spend in the classroom and leads to two certifications as a Mold Assessor and Mold Remediation Contractor. NYS requires any individual performing mold assessment or remediation to attend this class.
